I've shopped at both the Monroe location and this location. Both have been good experiences. Bhavik and Sherise have been very helpful, professional, and welcoming. Some cigar stores have employees that come off as very uptight and as if they know more than you about cigars and like they don't want you wasting their time by being there. Most customers just want a nice and knowledgeable person able to make you feel comfortable with your purchase; you can find that here! I've spent plenty of $$ here and plan on going back for all my cigar needs!

I've shopped at a lot of different cigar shops and this location hands down are the best shop I have been to all staff is very friendly and helpful and are always welcoming. they have a great selection of cigars from cheap to the best I will 1000% will be coming here for all my cigars.

I stepped into Bell’s House of Tobacco with a vague idea of what I was looking for, but no idea how to find it. David, the manager, was very welcoming and very personable! He listened to the thoughts I had on the varieties of pipe tobacco I was looking for and was able to offer several excellent recommendations tailored for me. He walked me through all the benefits to becoming a repeat customer, but really didn’t need to as I already knew I’d be back!
