I'm new to cigars and have been try to figure out what i like and some of the ins & out of it. I went to Bailey's for the first time a few days ago. When I walked in, Gary was behind the desk. He greeted me and, after I explained what i was trying to do, showed me around the humidor and helped me pick out a nice selection of cigars. He answered all of my question and give me a few tips. I felt like he was trying to push his opinions on me or steer me towards something I did want! Bailey's is a very nice, quiet and layed back place. You couldn't ask for a more welcoming and inviting atmosphere. I went back for the for CBD Saturday (Coffee, Boudin & Crackling!😁) and it was more of the same with a few other friendly patrons there as well. I will, without a doubt, be visiting them as often as I can!! Thanks for a great experience!

Bailey’s is hands down the best cigar lounge in Acadiana! They have a great selection of cigars and tobacco. Craig, the manager, goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and provides unmatched knowledge in assisting you with cigar selection. Stop by and have a cigar among a great group of aficionados This is truly a place where your patronage is appreciated.

As my wife wrote in her review of Bailey’s, I visited the other day and was greeted and offered assistance right away. The salesperson got straight up from his chair, in the middle of his conversation with someone, and offered to help me. I bought tobacco products, a pipe and accessories. Great customer service and prices. I will be back.

Can’t say enough great things about this place. It’s my preferred spot to go to in the Acadiana area. It’s also the furthest from my house from all the other ones (45mins). The atmosphere is superior to all the other spots no question. It’s effortless meeting new people with great conversation. They also have a couple brands that are harder to find like Foundation and other more boutique brands. Huge supply of the hard to find Liga Privada also. Their humidor isn’t the biggest but they are quality over quantity. Tell them what you’re in the mood for and they’ll get you set up. Enjoy the good times!

Was visiting from out of state and was recommended this place from a family member. Did not disappoint! Very friendly people and an incredible selection. Had to stock up once I saw what they had. Will be back next trip!!
