I recently visited one of my favorite cigar shops and was disappointed by the way a staff member handled a simple interaction. It was New Year’s Eve, and Google listed the shop’s closing time as 8:00 p.m., while also noting that holiday hours might differ. I tried calling ahead for clarification, but no one answered the phone. Because the hours were unclear, I decided to stop by in person to confirm whether the shop was still open. When I arrived, the staff member was speaking with guests and ringing up purchases as usual—nothing that appeared to prevent him from answering the phone. I politely asked why the phone hadn’t been answered, explaining that I was calling to confirm the hours. His response was, verbatim, “that is Google shit.” I found this extremely unprofessional. As a business owner myself, I would never speak to a customer in that manner. While I understand this employee does not own the establishment, his response reflected a lack of respect for the business he represents. Customer service matters, especially for a shop that I’ve enjoyed supporting. I’m sharing this feedback because I believe establishments are best served by employees who honor the space they work in and treat customers with courtesy and professionalism.

Sounds like the actual is nice, however I placed my first order with Bnb last Saturday (nearly one week ago). Placing the order was very easy, but after that the communication is severely lacking as there really is no follow-up, on my actual order confirmation it’s been showing all week “expected” delivery would be Aug 22,. No tracking number was shared, but never the less, I was expecting my delivery today. Not the case, the postal service sent me the tracking number today, along with expected delivery which is going to be on the 28th (really), reviewing the post office notice it is clear and obvious the order did not ship until today. So we are talking 9 business day to receive my order. Basically 5 days lost to actually ship the order, I’m very disappointed thus far. Hopefully the cigars will be good, not sure if I will use the online store again

Super clean lounge. Comfortable seating and friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor seating makes it perfect. Cigars are kept very well. I've had MF cigars before and been impressed, but nothing like the ones from this shop. Get out here and grab a good quality stick!

I love the smell of cigar shops. Takes me back to when my dad smoking apple tobacco. My son tends to visit this one often so I went in and they had my chocolate cigars. They arent very big and smell sooo good. Tootsie roll-ish good chocolate, like that, but tastes way better.

Great cigars, great atmosphere, great selection of sticks with alot of knowledge about the brands.
