Indeed best prices and quality products. Also a huge shout out to their amazing customer service team!!! Placed an order while in Las Vegas, but UPS lost my package and AC CX team went above and beyond to get my package back and shipped it again, this time to my home. I’ve been ordering from Atlantic Cigars for years, they have always been reliable and consistent quality cigars!

Excellent. I’ve been buying from Atlantic for the last couple of years and they consistently provide a great selection of premium cigars, delightful samplers and friendly, attentive service. So far it is not going well. I ordered cigars on the 21st. They said they would’ve here on the 28th now it’s Feb 2nd. I called every extension to find out an answer. No one will answer or return my calls. I have ordered from other companies with no problem. These people will not even answer their phones. Not to please at this point. They got their money. This is how they treat their customers. If there was a zero rating that’s what they would get. Well I sent this review earlier, but no response. I guess Atlantic people just don’t care. They just want your Money and run. They do not answer their phones nor respond to your review. I called John, Matt, Brian and Rob. The person at extension 295 I could not even understand his name on his answering machine. Hello are you guys at Atlantic even there? THIS Is the response that I got from Atlantic. They don’t care. People say this cigar shop offers a great selection of premium cigars and delightful samplers. They highlight the excellent prices, fast shipping, and careful packaging. They also like the friendly, attentive service and helpful information provided by the staff.

Atlantic Cigar have consistently supplied my cigar needs for two years. I primarily enjoy higher-end cigars, and their service is second-to-none. Every time I require a single cigar outside of a box, I call and it becomes available. Boxes are priced so well that no other cigar supplier is ever required for my enjoyment.
