I will enjoy a cigar every once is while. My husband stopped in here to check it out. The staff was helpful once we tracked them down, which was a bit difficult. The "public" lounge is okay, it is hard to have a private conversation with how the seats are spread out, as you are expected to share large groups of seats, especially with how packed it was. I've also been in my fair share of humidors, but I've never seen mold growing, let alone spread to a large amount of cigars. It was on multiple products, on several different shelves. It also means those spores are just continuing to spread in the air. The members lounge seems cool, you get top pick of new, and rare cigars coming in, you're own locker, and a regular discount for $1500. This place was okay, not sure if I'll go again.

I was in the Arrowhead location today the guy working was showing a customer some cigars in the humidor there was myself and 2 other customers waiting in line that we were waiting to be cashed out. So upon returning to the register the employee checked out the customer he help in the humidor first. Meanwhile myself and the 2 other gentleman patiently waiting close to 10 minute. The we should have been served first or atleast show some respect and say hey guys I’m going to check him out first. I’m not sure what the other 2 guys did behind me but I left I had every intention of smoking a cigar and having a few beers and because of an untrained employee I left there’s too many other cigar establishments that give better service than this to customers.

Came in with a couple of buddies while in town for Spring Training. This is one of our normal go to spots but after my experience today, I will never be back. Came to the register with 4 different sticks. The man at the counter was incredibly rude, said he needed to go in the humidor to scan a barcode as I asked him to open a new box. When he came back, I didn’t notice until after I paid, but he added a 5th cigar and charged me for it giving me a 2nd cigar of one that I chose without my permission.

My visit to Ambassador Cigar was one of the best definitely five out of five, but what makes the experience remarkable is Josh! He makes every customer feel like they’re the only one in the shop and takes plenty of time to discuss options, flavors, profiles, etc. No recommendation goes without much thought on his part. Easily the best customer service of any cigar bar I’ve been to in the valley.

One of the best cigar shops and humidors I've seen in my travels. Go in, get a stick and smoke it there. Take a couple for the road. Good service, crazy amount of cigars and the guys usually are able to help with questions. I drop in every time I go through there.
