Came in Sunday first timer and was warmly greeted and shown the collection. Choose one of the hand rolled cigars and just loved it. Highly recommended Very large place plenty of chairs and TV's

Best place to Relax have great conversations and best of all pick from 1000s of cigars and smoke a different one every visit. Billy is a wonderful host/ owner.

Wonderful atmosphere, staff is friendly and helpful, seating is abundant and comfortable, pricing is on par with other retailers. If you’re in the area I would suggest you stop in, buy some sticks, sit, relax and enjoy a smoke. They even have a band on Wednesday nights.

I was visiting my Brother on a trip back to Waukegan and needed to get a cigar. My nephew suggested A Cuban Experience. I was quite pleased with the entire experience and the price of the cigars was very reasonable. Next time I visit Waukegan I will get my cigars there.

Only went once and that was all I needed. Staff was helpful when asked. Atmosphere was great. Patrons were all doing their own thing. Dominos, TV, D&D,reading, whatever. Going back soon.
