I been to this location twice and both times were not good experiences. Staff is rude and unpleasant especially the manager an older guy with glasses. I hate to pull the race card but that’s just what it is. The first time there were two cashiers one being the manager. The first cashier was attending a customer who had a lot of wine boxes to ring out. I waited patiently while the other cashier (the manager) didn’t even take a look at me. A white older lady then came in line behind me and he just completely disregarded that I was there and decided to check out the lady behind me but thankfully the lady told him I was first so then I got checked out. The second time same situation, but a young white male instead. I also, had forgotten my ID, but had my passport on me since I just came back from a cruise and forgot to put it away but they wouldn’t even take that mind you I shopped there before but it’s okay I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I went across the street literally not even 2 mins away to the Walmart liquor store and got what I needed at a slightly cheaper price too. Safe to say I will not be going there anymore… 3rd time will definitely be a shame on me, no thank you!

This location lacks SEVERE customer service skills. I am Fairly new to this area, but I have been to other ABC Locations in other states and they have been fine. BESIDES THIS LOCATION. At this location, everyone here is really rude. Idk maybe it’s because I’m not white!! Haha. Every time I come in here, I have never had a pleasant experience, nor a semi-decent one. Time and time again, I chose to go to this location because it’s the closest to where I live, and every time I leave, I leave with such a disgusting taste in my mouth. None of them have any customer service skills - it’s evident! I’ve worked in customer service for over seven years and I understand that it gets tiring, but I’ve never heard a simple “hello” or “have a good day” whenever I would come to shop. I know that wherever you go most of the time the workers don’t actually mean that, but how hard is it to fake it?? It’s really sad in my opinion. To add, it’s just honestly terrible that they cannot at least show some kind of decency. Never again.

Unfortunately, I can fully confirm the negative reviews about this location. I visited this store recently and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. No greeting, no eye contact, no basic courtesy. When I asked a question, the response felt rushed and condescending — as if my presence was an inconvenience. What stood out the most was the overall attitude toward customers. Regardless of who you are, you are made to feel unwelcome, talked down to, and treated as if you don’t belong. This is not about a single bad interaction — it’s the general culture of this location. There is a strong sense of arrogance here, particularly among the male staff. Instead of professionalism, you get indifference. Instead of customer service, you get attitude. The atmosphere is uncomfortable and discouraging, and it leaves you feeling disrespected rather than helped. I’ve shopped at other ABC locations and never experienced anything like this. This is not an ABC brand issue — this is clearly a this location issue. Customer service does not require fake enthusiasm. It requires basic human decency: a greeting, respect, and a neutral professional tone. None of that exists here. After reading multiple similar reviews and now experiencing it firsthand, it’s clear this is a pattern, not an isolated incident. I will not be returning.

I was there this morning and picked up some spirits and beer for the weekend. On my way to check out I had an 18 pack of Michelob Ultra bottles in my cart that tipped over when I moved it to let another customer by. When it tipped over in the cart one or two bottles broke and started leaking on the floor. I immediately walked the cart out side and apologized for making a mess. Stuff happens. I got another cart and a new case of beer. I went to pay my bill {over $65} and offered to help clean up. I was treated very rudely from all three guys at the check out. Like I did something wrong. I was in retail for over 36 years and would never do that to a customer. Very unprofessional. Not going back to this location.

Easy pickup, the online service kept kicking me out which is my only reason for a 4 instead of 5 review.. the transaction itself was easy and I loved being able to get items at a better price as well as earning free bucks towards free products. The store pickup was fast and efficient. I definitely recommend getting a online account and ordering online..this particular store had everything ready under 2 hrs . And saved me the crowd and time ..thank you.
