I had a terrible experience at this location trying to resolve a spoiled bottle of Patrón Silver that was discolored due to mold in the cork (later confirmed by another ABC manager). When I called for help, the store manager, Morgan, dismissed me and hung up on me. When I went into the store calmly seeking clarity, I was met with hostile, aggressive, and discriminatory behavior from multiple staff members. I left feeling disrespected and unsafe. For comparison, the Bayport Commons ABC location resolved the issue in under 5 minutes with professionalism and respect. I strongly caution others about this location’s management.

As a Cigar enthusiast, I am thoroughly impressed with the humidor selection. This humidor has some very rare brands in there that most popular Cigar Lounges don’t even carry. In addition to the wide variety of premium Cigar selections the prices are unmatched . Morgan, the store manager was amazing, her customer service and positive energy was great. Please continue keeping your humidor phenomenal!

Staff is great but prices are super high. While everywhere else has sales during the holidays, this place seemed to have less bang for your buck. I do try and go sometimes to compare and I still end up leaving empty handed most of the time.

I've been coming to this location for many years. The recent redesign was very much needed and appreciated! It looks more modern and is easy to find items. All of the employees are awesome! Daniell has become more than our wine lady, she is now our wine mom. We look forward to seeing her every monthly wine tasting. We don't come just for the tasting, we come to see her and all the work she puts into it! She picks out the best wines to try. When Robert is at the tastings, we aren't just trying new products. We are learning and listening to his amazing stories about his travels. Bethany picked a tequila for us to try that was the best I've ever had at a tasting. Anthony is ready with our tasting glasses and to ring us up as soon as we walk in. He's always helpful with any questions we have. You may be able to tell that we only go in the store during the tastings, it's when we get to try new products and purchase our wine and liquor for the month. The fact that it's been so irregular lately is disappointing. It was always so popular when it was happening regularly, now no one knows when it's happening. This is the only reason for the 4 starts and not all 5. Please do us all a favor and keep the wine tastings monthly!

Wonderful selection of wines and spirits with a very knowledgeable staff to answer any questions that you have. There is a full Humidor with a great variety of cigars offering many of the major brands and a number of local cigars.
