ANOTHER ON BITES THE DUST!! Shopped here for years but no more. I bought many of high-end Tequila's and Bourbons, with many locked behind doors. However, today I was unable to purchase bourbon they actually have in the store because I wasn't a gold member. Literally had to drive 2 miles down the road to purchase the bourbon which is where my future business will go! Rules for thee, but not for me". I'm out!!!

The staff here is generally very friendly. However, Rosie was extremely unprofessional and rude. I’m not sure what’s happening with customer service these days, but it’s clear that things need to improve.

The customer service here is top notch. I came in for a last-minute closing gift for my Home-buying client, and the gentleman working as the manager pointed me in the right direction and helped me put together a beautiful basket. Although I didn’t give them very much notice, I was treated well and I’m very happy with the basket. I will definitely be coming back here next time I need a gift for my clients.

don’t even know where to start. if i could give no stars I would. The place looks like a garage sale that lost a fight with a recycling bin. Half the shelves were empty, and the ones that weren’t had dust thick enough to write my name in. When I asked a question about a whiskey on the shelf, the clerk stared at me like I’d interrupted his nap (which I might have). Prices? Way higher than anywhere else in town. Selection? Only if you’re a big fan of “cheap and warm.” To top it off, the bottle I bought smelled like it had been sitting in the sun since last summer. If you want overpriced regret in a paper bag, this is your spot. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else

Went to get a wine and a representative was very rude. When asked to help he automatically assumed. Will not go back to ABC liquor store. Why I pay the mark up price at Publix.
