I have never walked into a store and been treated this way. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted, both employees were talking to each other. I approached them and asked if they could recommend a good white wine. One of the women looked at me with disgust and said, “I don’t know anything about wine.” I responded that since she works there, she should know at least one or two options. She then pointed to an aisle and said, “Go there,” which contained only cheap wines. I tried to go back and explain that I was looking for a bottle priced at $150 or more. The looks on their faces when they saw me approaching again completely turned me off, so I walked out. Not one of them said a word as I was leaving. Please hire better-trained and more respectful staff. That was last night by the way .

I there was a 0 on here they would get it. What a nasty new hire they have in here. I’ve been in this store numerous times over several years. No company ought to be that disrespectful to customers the way we were treated. The manger ought to go right with this individual. This will be a corporate complaint

Did an online order. Was literally filled and ready in under 10 minutes. Friendly staff and better selection than most ABCs. Prices are great as well.
