My husband walked in the store approximately 11:40 AM today and received horrible service. The attendant was the only cashier in the store, and there were several patrons inside of the store shopping….. As he walked through the store to gather His items for purchase, He was screamed at several times across the store from the attendant/cashier that was standing at the register AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE…. “ Can I help you with something?” She continues to scream Multiple times, even after he answered that he did not need her help There Were a few other attendants that was working on the floor stocking shelves, so if he needed help, he could have definitely ask someone that was closer or within range for assistance. However, this young lady continued to scream across the entire store sarcastically… Can I help you with something?!!!! Mind you, there was several other Patrons in the store that was shopping and she never addressed them or said anything to them, she allowed them to shop in peace. The harassment from the attendant continued on until my husband was ready to check out and once he got ready to check out, he asked for a bottle behind the counter, and the attendant became very rude and irate or aggravated because he didn’t say the specific brand that he was requesting for This kind of behavior is unnecessary and very uncalled for… He spent $200 on a random Monday in your facility and to be treated as if he’s at a corner store in the hood. “ Hurry up and buy” Or “hurry up and get out” Her actions were unprofessional And rude as hell!!! Whoever that cashier is she needs to be fired or assigned a new position Where she doesn’t have to deal with black civilians …. She was the only white lady cashier at the front register 3/2/26 at 11:40 AM If my husband wasn’t a business owner and knew how to conduct himself, he probably would’ve Cursed her out real decent

Decent selection of vodkas. But I always seem to fall into the trap of asking advice from the sales person that has never tasted anything on the shelf. That being said, try the broken shed vodka. Makes a creamy, smooth, delicious Martini

I wish I had caught the name of the young man I chatted with behind the counter. We talked a bit about the great beer selection at this particular ABC (wish ours was this nice in Altamonte) and then he offered me a sample of one of the bottled craft beers I was purchasing that they had from the previous year on tap. This store even gives our Altamonte Total Wine a real run for the money.

Best ABC ever! I started coming to this location a few months ago and I’m glad I have. Everyone at this location is super friendly and knowledgeable. They always greet me, ask how I’m doing and they’re always willing to help! Bobby is the man, He is a great asset to ABC! He makes me feel like a guest rather than a customer. Scott’s enthusiasm for wine and knowledge is superb. Thanks for everything you do ABC WP Village and Bobby!
