Very disappointed with my experience at ABC Wines. I recently bought a pack of Voodoo Ranger Juice Force IPA from this store, and when I got home, I noticed the Best Before Date was September 14, 2025 — meaning the beer was expired. I went back to the store to let them know, expecting at least an apology or a simple exchange. Instead, the cashier insisted that the BBD meant “born on date” and refused to acknowledge that the product was expired. Even after I explained and showed the date, they didn’t care and made no effort to address the issue. What’s worse, all of the Voodoo Ranger packs on the shelf were expired, and the staff still continued to sell them. I had to buy a more expensive IPA from the same brand just to get something fresh — with no apology, refund, or discount offered. This is completely unacceptable for a store that sells alcohol. Selling expired products and dismissing customer concerns shows poor management and zero accountability. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly urge others to check dates before buying anything here.

Huge shout out to Graham. I went in looking for a particular item. He was unable to locate it at the time and asked for me to leave my name and number for when he finds it, he'll call me. It was the following day I received the call he found it. I was able to go in and purchase. That type of customer service is highly appreciated. Thank you! Was looking for an item that wasn't on the shelf. I asked a gentleman if he could help me and see if there was any in the back. Graham not only stopped what he was doing but was very polite about it. He answered all my questions, found the item and wished me safe travels on my upcoming trip it was the best experience I’ve ever had at abc. Thanks Graham!
