Revised review, it was unfortunate experience. We went through at ABC liquor at the local store however, corporate headquarters reached out and sent a gift card and an apology to cover the cost of the broken bottle. Thank you very much for following through with the customer service you would expect from a great company. Remember double bag or box it!!!!! Be aware the cheap plastic bags do not hold a 175 makers Mark. The bag handle tore and the $50 bottle of makers Mark bourbon was shattered. When I called the store to ask then what they could do I was told me to come in and talk to the store manager and they would “take care of things”? So I drove all the way back the next day with photos and the receipt And the store manager told me there’s nothing you can do!!! Be warned cheap bags and disappointment in the way this was handed! The also commented it has happened before!!!

They have very good prices on what I buy. I like getting the 1.75 LT on my liquor and they always have good discounts on those sizes. I also like going for cigars and they have a good selection. Staff is always friendly and willing to help you. They also brought in the old fashion mix from the st Augustine distillery which is awesome since I love that mix. I also love my grand marnier wish they would carry the 150 yr. Son bought me the 100 yr for xmas.
