The store itself is very clean and most of the associates are friendly. However, I did have one uncomfortable experience with an employee (Caucasian gentleman with a beard). I was paying with Apple Pay and my Face ID was having trouble due to the lighting. As I was about to enter my PIN, he went ahead and bypassed it without my permission. When I asked why, he said a previous customer’s Apple Pay didn’t go through and they walked out without paying. I understand mistakes happen, but it didn’t feel fair to assume that all customers would do the same. Bypassing someone’s payment PIN without asking is a big deal and made me feel uneasy. I knew my PIN — that wasn’t the issue — I just would have appreciated being asked first. When he bypassed the PIN, he forced the payment through without my confirmation, likely pushing it through as a credit transaction. That’s why it felt wrong to me he basically took control of your payment type without your consent.

Writing as a gig delivery driver - the OP ABC is a consistent moneymaker for delivery orders. The staff is helpful to me when I have trouble finding items customers have ordered...time is money and their quick help makes a big difference!

I dare you to find a better store with a better variety. I have not found any local establishment who can even compare with the selection, customer service, and quality. Take a look at the pictures. You're going to see things you couldn't even imagine. Do you love cigars? Do you love to drink what the stars covet? Do you want to come in and try free samples? Of course you do. Highly recommended. Make sure and sign up for your ABC perks card. Ask for Eric. He can show you exactly what you need and give you the best possible combination for the price. And say hello to the assistant manager Allen, he can direct you to what you need. Fantastic customer service, great knowledge of the product, and store uses a third party company called Shipt. You can have your order delivered to your door.
