Always, a pleasure going to ABC. This location has a favorite Bourbon of mine that most locations don't have. Although they didn't have Anita's choice Bourbon (really smooth/well priced) Included some Bourbon I've tried last few months.

Angel at the front is anything but that. Completely rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Treated me like a kindergarten, raised their voice and was snappy. Not asking for the red carpet, but a little kindness to a customer on a Friday afternoon would be nice.

Fantastic locations, especially after the remodel. Very glad they added a full Humidor and always enjoy their creative sales. The staff is so helpful and sweet! I do tend to avoid the trans cashier on my visits, as they always seem to say unsettling things during checkout but, I've just turned dodging them into a game I play when I shop there!

My door-dasher was told he can't take pictures of substitutions and was threatened to be kicked out of the store. I called their "guest service" phone number and have been holding for ten minutes.
