I went into this location for the 3rd time and I felt harshly discriminated against this time. I usually have a game night with my friends and had my list to grab a few things for the occasion. I searched the store alone for the things I needed and made my way to the front. Once I got almost ready to check out I noticed how the ladies were kind of profiling me and I didn’t care for that. I was speaking with a family member trying to make sure I’d be reimbursed for my order once I purchased. I hadn’t received a speedy response from the party I was reaching and decided to put the stiff back instead of just leave it there. As I was doing so it seems like the 2 ladies there were kind of following me which irritated me a bit. I’m new to this side of town but I will shop at town center or another location moving forward.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits today. I walked into the store with my son, simply to pick up a few drinks for myself. My son wasn’t selecting, purchasing, or requesting anything — he was quietly on his phone and clearly not involved in the transaction. Despite that, the staff demanded to see his ID. I explained clearly that he was my son and not part of the purchase, yet they still refused to sell me anything. Their tone was dismissive, and the entire situation felt both unnecessary and unprofessional. I hope ABC takes this seriously and trains their staff to use better judgment and professionalism. This was an embarrassing and frustrating experience that made me question returning to this location.
