My experience at this location was 10 out of 10. I was in a rush, getting a quick gift for my mechanic and they were so incredibly helpful. He is bourbon man and I had no idea what bourbon would be considered a good choice; the staff member educated on which would be the best quality. As I walked up to the register scrambling to see what I could wrap it in, another staff member was asked to grabbed from the back a beautifully wrapped bottle of the same kind. It saved me another trip and I made it on time to get my car from the dealership. Thank you! You guys truly saved the day.

This store always been under standards, now they are in remodeling mode. Sales people never greeted me. One lady looked pissed off and the guy was falling asleep. Hopefully it will feel and look cheery and bright. I noticed less sales and good deals on booze. Anyways got some good deal on clearance champagne before my birthday. Big bottle of Cook's only $8:00. The rest of sale items are gone.

ABC liquor in Delray Beach, Florida Is a fraud. Do not order from this liquor store using Uber eats or any other delivery service. The first time they made this sizable mistake by that I mean, sending me an entirely different product that I ordered and paid for. I thought it was just an error. They blamed it on the Uber eats guy. Now this time, I contacted the store because I have irrefutable evidence of the order and what they gave me as a alternate. My Uber driver? informed me that oddly, they told him “Ring this one up- don’t ring that up. This is the fault of the store 100%. I kindly gave them the information on the phone only for them to again deflect accountability.! And so, in the spirit of avoiding negativity, I’m gonna push you to any other customers! Don’t use this liquor store If you do not wish to be unethically /managed and/or You wish to receive the wrong items ordered and Paid for! Feel free to reach out if you want more information. Customers stick together against unethical, merchants!

Made an order online and their policy states that you have 5 days to pick up wine. They called me on day 2 stating that they would put my order back if I didn’t pick the order up (that I was charged for) by the end of day 2. When I asked about the 5 days, they said they were changing it to 3 days. Change your policy online FIRST to 3 days before attempting to enforce it.
