We came here by accident thinking it was a different liquor store. At first we walked around, then got a cart, looked thru the selections & filled the cart with different types of liquor (almost $200 worth). After around 10 minutes looking around for a bottle of gin, someone eventually came up to us but instead of helping, she said we can’t take pictures in here. I asked is that posted here because I didn’t see it. She didn’t answer & continued to follow me around & making me feel uncomfortable. I would have given a higher rating but my first experience here wasn’t great. Staff needs better training in customer service. Even though we had a bad experience, we still purchased it. As I was leaving, I looked at the counters, the glass & the doors & did not see anything posted about not taking pictures. I will not be returning.

Honestly I was waiting for Publix liquor to open up at 9 but supposedly they changed the opening time to 10. Since I was getting a gift for someone I didn't want to wait. I googled what liquor store is open and popped up abc wine. Thank goodness they were open and got what I needed. The associate was so nice and led me to the section I needed to go. It was an in and out process. Thank you

This place is amazing! This is the best customer service I've received in a long time thanks to Rachel, Adam, and the managers Trisha and Janet. I was looking for something I couldn't find on their website and they helped me find it immediately. Their expertise on their products is nothing short of excellent. They even offered to help me carry my purchases to my car. This is my favorite liquor store for a reason and I love coming here when I need a pick me up.

I went to get some honey Jack Daniel’s whisky but saw they had a new flavor called blackberry. I asked for help and Nathan talked with me about my concern of how it would taste with apple cider. I asked him if there was a way to taste it for myself to confirm the buy that way I don’t buy the whole bottle for nothing. He said sure and with his manager Bredell’s help, gave me a sample of it. It was amazing and was what I was looking for. I paid with Rachel the cashier and had an amazing experience. Tip top service from respectful to very helpful. Nathan , Bredell, and Rachel were phenomenal
