Please train your people. Came in for a bottle of vintage bubbly for a special occasion. Clerk was clueless about the available selection (and really everything) and then wasted 15 min of my time signing me for marketing. Will stick with Total Wines in the future.

The customer service here is AMAZING!! The clerks/ cashiers are always willing to help. They are the best. They always walk me over to the shelf and explain my choices. Additionally, the store is well-organized and always clean, making it a pleasant shopping experience. I appreciate how knowledgeable the staff is about the products, and they often suggest great alternatives. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend this place!
