The vast majority of customer service cashiers/workers here are well trained, helpful and polite. I encountered a lady named "Amber" here who defied my expectations of more of the same. What a rude, impolite and angry employee. Who would hire a person with her demeanor? I would give 4 stars, possibly five if not for her snidy, disrespectful behavior toward my wife and I.

They have everything I needed and everything I wanted without having to drive to PBG just to go to T Wine. The price points are just about the same. I go past it every day and multiple times per day, so why go south? The staff is very friendly and helpful. Limited parking but always a space available, especially on the east side. Easy in and out.

Customer service in this store has gone down the sewer not even the drain, the sewer. The old raggedy lady working the front wanted to test me on Florida laws regarding buying a Red Bull, no liquor or anything and didn’t allow me to buy it. It was a simple red bull can. No liquor. As we had just bought the liquor. Mind you I am over 21 and look that way as well, so what would normally be a compliment just ended up annoying me. Then I asked for help with finding an item that online says they had over ten of, there was no one else in the store so it’s not like they could have been in someone else’s cart. They didn’t even really try helping to find them. Overall, I’ll be making th extra drive to northlake going forward. Atleast the team wants to help you & are respectable.

I’m upset because ABC Liquors has increased their Tequila prices 25% even though our uncalled for TARIFFS have not been implemented at this time. Bye! 👋 adios, vaya con Dios… I’ll shop elsewhere. Update: ABC contacted me but I didn’t engage. However, I did return and the prices have held steady or lowered amid this economic tariff chaos and I really appreciate the effort! Thank you
