came to this abc store on tamiami trail (the Naples location) simply to grab a bottle for a valentines event when I saw an older Hispanic couple struggling to communicate with a cashier, the cashier instead of asking someone to help translate she proceeded to tell them “learn English or figure it out” in a very nasty condescending tone. If this couple was my grandparents / parents the result of this situation would’ve ended differently. I proceeded to tell a manager about what was said and I doubt any actions will be taken against this cashier who I unfortunately did not catch her name, thus why I’m writing this review. If you’re looking to buy liquor in a friendly welcoming atmosphere I’d suggest buying your liquor anywhere else.

2 huge older women employees shouting at me and my wife on New Year’s Eve while waiting in line and making fun of us as “idiots who are clueless” since we didn’t see the last cashier was available way down the line right away. They yelled so loud my ear drums started ringing and acting out our personalities by looking at the ceiling and to make a show to their peers…Never been talked to this way in my life…Will never accept anyone let alone when I am a paying customer standing quietly in line with my wife, to be talked to that way. This is Naples. Get a clue about who you are, you’re working, keep quiet, ring us up, smile and earn the right to serve your community. Lose the entitlement and anger, you’re not who you think you are.

Hey I’m from Canada… I’m used to government run liquor stores, and when I come to this place, I dedicate at least an hour to living my best life! They have so much variety. I sometimes wonder where it all comes from.! The staff is very helpful and they even have non-alcohol related products like cheese boards, charcuterie, and my favorite thing -kegs of fireball! You’ll enjoy this place, but especially if you’re Canadian and used to the LCBO ! You’re welcome!
