I had a very unpleasant experience at the Leesburg ABC store today around 5:30 PM. The young male cashier on the left register was extremely unprofessional. He didn’t even ask if I wanted to add rewards points before completing the transaction. When I asked him to add my rewards after the payment, he just said it was “too late” and told me to “do it next time,” without any apology or attempt to help. This is not the kind of service I expect from ABC. Customers should not be spoken to in such a dismissive way. Please provide proper training so that your employees treat customers respectfully and handle rewards properly.

Nice, clean, spacious, helpful staff, promotional samples table, and never any issues. A large enough wine selection and plenty of on-sale items. The wine sample machine is a nice idea. They also have cheeses and food items. The selection of flavored vodkas was quite impressive. The gift baskets are made to order and rightly shrink-wrapped right there. When you sign up for their discount program, you earn savings discounts. They easily track it via your phone number with each sale. Definitely worth doing.

I really like google maps I use it all the time. I was kinda taken back by several of this stores reviews. I read a few bad ones. I was very happy to find out they were wrong when I went in. The store was super clean and super stocked. Great prices as well. I was 100% happy with the experience. The bad reviews that I read must have been from competitors or someone who didn't take their meds that day LOL I found friendly white & black employee's so there goes the prejudiced claim posted here. As far as the prices they are awesome. Try living in Oregon or North Carolina where the state dictates prices of what you'll pay. Y'all spoiled and you don't even know it. I'll be back again and again.
