Been here a couple of time and had a blast!!! I have to send a special shout out to Miss Shy!!! Great attitude, great advice on choosing the perfect cigars!!! Great vibe, chill area, very mature crowd!!! Enjoy!!!

If I could give them no stars I would! We came as a group and the service was absolutely horrible! The waitress was not friendly and super dry with an attitude. I get the way they make their money is off drinks and I respect that but if you’re paying $20 a drink you should at least be able to taste the liquor, it shouldn’t be watered down when you get it! Sad because it could be a nice little hang out spot.

Great high-end cigar lounge in downtown Houston. I was impressed. Great selection of cigars. High-end shelf drinks and amazing staff that works there. If you’re ever in Houston and you’re from out of town and you’re looking for a great Cigar. Stop here plus they have valet parking. How can you beat that?

Very nice, chilled back lounge. The low rating is due to the service, specifically the female servers/ bartenders. Their demeanor is very “put offish” and disregarding. I sat there for an hour while they continually walked past me. But checked on all the male patrons asking if they were good and needed anything. Meanwhile, they had the nerve to charge me 20% gratuity on a bottle of water. I would return, as again I do like the vibe. But the customer service needs to improve. If you’re going to charge 20% automatic gratuity, you need to provide 20% gratuity service. Not 2%. Next time I will request to have it remove

If I could give a negative I would. The service was horrible. The drinks were too high and taste like juice. I'm a light drinker. But I do like to taste the alcohol if I'm paying for it... And to top it off the service was bad, real bad, she had an attitude for no reason. They need to do better.
