Unbeknownst to me, I sat next to one of the owners, Fernando, and the best black man in Miami. They made such a welcoming atmosphere for a beginner cigar smoker. I don’t speak much Spanish unfortunately, but they offered me a wonderful Venezuelan rum and some eggnog for the holidays. The lovely ladies at the counter helped me chose the right cut for the cigar I chose, and helped me light it as well. They knew I was new because I tried to light it with the decorative grill still on it. Lastly, the bathroom is also very nice and clean. It includes mouthwash! This bar has such a wonderful atmosphere to it and I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I visit Miami!

Excellent, friendly customer service. I tried a Casa Campo habano. I had not seen this cigar before, and will be back for more.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, each person made a point to introduce themselves. The cigar selection was impressive, and the owner gave some fantastic recommendations. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
