I have been in just a few times, but every time I have been in I have been made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff is friendly and more than willing to walk you through the humidor and help you select items that fit where you are in your experience. As a new cigar enthusiast, I wasn't made to feel like an annoyance and all my questions were answered well. If you are after boutique brands and something outside the legacy marketspace, then this is one of the best places in the metro, especially on this side of town.

Great store with plenty of options! The store owner was very helpful with selecting and describing all the different types that they have on hand. I came in not knowing much and the store owner was even great about helping keep everything at a good price. Was recommended this store and I will recommend it to others. Will be coming back.

Went here recently for the first time ! Loved the shop ! Friendly staff and decent cigar prices ! The lounge is very nice to relax in and watch TV! I would totally recommend this cigar shop to people looking for A place to shop and relax in the lounge and not feel like you are being followed around!
