George and Michelle are fantastic. Welcoming and accommodating once you walk into the establishment. A wide variety of cigars inside of the humidors and comfortable seating throughout. Comforting aesthetics and vibing tunes. I’m from Texas and can appreciate a place such as this, hence why I’m writing this review. My experience has been great solo. Very spacious so don’t be afraid to slide in. Cheers and PSSITA!

Avoid this place. I live downtown and usually go to Fox, Trevor’s, Castros, Zeal, Ambassador, or Fine Ash — all great lounges. This one? Not even close. Ventilation’s awful — you can smell the smoke from outside. Inside the humidor, I was followed around like I was stealing cigars. Prices are crazy high ($12–$35+), but I still bought a $25 El Septimo to support local. Then I saw I’d been charged $5 for a cup of water without being told. When I questioned it, the manager acted like it came from some holy spring and refused to fix it. The owner, George, offered me candy instead of a refund — seriously. As someone who’s been to every cigar spot in Phoenix, this was hands-down the worst experience. Save your time and money — there are plenty of better lounges that actually value their customers.

Greeted at the door by all three staff. Guided to Humidor and offered help of suggestions. Oliva is my go-to. At the bar, bartender smoked my Old Fashion. Enjoyed the smoke while watching some college football. All three staff members checked on me. Changed my ash-tray out half way. I'm not sure service can get better than this. Clean, comfortable with staff ont their game. I will be back!

First time here from Texas! I do NOT smoke cigars but my companion does! Customer service was A-1 Jimmie and Mr. George (the owner) were fantastic! We really appreciated the service. Sonia was great as well! They are also building a patio. And while we didn’t sit there, I went out to take a look and I really liked what I saw. We will definitely be back next time we are here!

Had the opportunity to visit this establishment last night with a group of co-workers while in town from San Antonio, TX and what an experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about cigars. They immediately assisted us in selecting the perfect cigar, explaining the different flavors, notes, and brands in a way that really stood out. As someone who’s been smoking for a while, I truly appreciated the time they took to engage with us especially without us even asking for help. The drink experience was just as impressive, with an awesome selection and amazing presentation. This will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I’m back in town. Highly recommend!
